On 13th May 1950, the first race in the Formula 1 World Championship was run at Silverstone; to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the inaugural Grand Prix and 50 years of Formula 1, Motorsport Charity Memorabilia (MCM) are producing a series of covers. There will be a cover for each year of the championship, featuring the leading cars and drivers of the period. The artwork for the covers has been painted by Ross Wardle and each cover bears one of our special charity labels and is cancelled with a special '50 Years of the Formula 1 World Championship' cachet. All proceeds from the sale of the covers will be donated to Papworth Hospital Cardiothoracic Research Unit, which is the chosen charity of Sir Stirling Moss one of our leading supporters. The covers are produced in small numbers and are certain to be sought after by collectors both now and in years to come.

Below we feature those covers now on sale and we will add further covers as and when available. Please click on the respective thumbnails below in order to bring up further details and high quality scans.
